The Space

The entire house, backyard, and porch areas are included for your enjoyment. Please note, Bluetooth speakers are not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment for all neighbors.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house except, The 3 locked closets for the homeowners & cleaners & behind the separated area in garage. we have an extra set of keys located in lockbox in event the door code is not working. the keys only go to the front door, back door & the garage door. they must be returned upon leaving to avoid a key fine. We have no other keys for any beds or bathroom doors. if you lock them, we charge to call a locksmith.

Other Things to Note

we allow 2 dogs under 50lbs, NO CATS, with a pet fee 150.00 per pet & deposit 350.00 . Husky or more hairy dogs we would rather not allow.
we have security cameras located at front door, side driveway & garage as well as noise monitors outside in back & inside. these detect noise levels only. if you receive a complaint during your stay. you will be responsible for payment. we will ask for payment to hold for citation or for you to leave if you do not make a payment. we will send you proof of citation once received or send your payment back.
