House Rules
1. Do not tamper with pool equipment and access ($500 fee)
2. No smoking/vaping inside the home ($1000 fee). Smoking is a fire hazard.
3. Please use proper hygiene for your pets and use their own bowls and utensils. Do not allow pets to be on furniture.
4. In an unlikely event of a power outage, please contact us before reaching for the control panel. No compensation will be given for any temporary outages of any utilities under 12 hours.
5. Please let us know if any dishes or glassware breaks, so we may replace it for the next guest. Accident can happen from time to time.
6. No refunds or rebates will be given as a result of unfortunate circumstances outside of our control. Owner shall not be liable for unfavorable acts of God, or breakdown of appliances or other equipment such as a TV, music player, BBQ grill, and WIFI satellites.
7. Use common sense while staying in our house. If you are unsure about any of the house rules and require further clarification, please contact us.
8.Please do not rearrange furniture. If you do please return them to the original position. $100 fee.
9. Do not open locks and access any storage. $200 fee. Washer and dryers is accessible for you to use.
10. Stains caused by pets will be charged a cleaning and sanitizing fee ranging from $50 to $500.
Thank you! The Property will be inspected following departure. In the case of damages or losses during your occupancy please promptly notify the co-cost.
