1. Waiver Language for Sauna/Spa Use: Rental Agreement Addendum for Sauna/Spa Use Waiver of Liability: By using the sauna/spa, the renter acknowledges and agrees that use is at their own risk. The renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner, their agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may result from the use of the sauna/spa, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage. Rules and Safety Guidelines: Use the sauna/spa for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. Sauna/spa use is strictly prohibited for children under 16 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. Individuals with heart conditions, pregnant women, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs should consult a physician before using the sauna/spa. Do not use the sauna/spa if it appears damaged or malfunctioning. Please report any issues immediately to the property manager. By proceeding with the rental, the renter agrees to adhere to all posted instructions and safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund. 2. The renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner, their agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may result from the use of the exercise equipment, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage. Rules and Safety Guidelines: Use the equipment as intended and follow all safety instructions provided. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the exercise equipment unless supervised by an adult. Inspect equipment before use and do not use if it appears damaged or malfunctioning. Report any issues to the property manager immediately. Stop using the equipment if you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain. By proceeding with the rental, the renter agrees to adhere to all posted instructions and safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund. 3. Post-Stay Inspection Checklist for Sauna/Spa: Check that the sauna/spa is clean and free of debris. Inspect the equipment for any signs of damage, malfunction, or wear and tear. Ensure that all electrical components are functioning correctly. 4. Post-Stay Inspection Checklist for Exercise Equipment: Inspect each piece of exercise equipment for damage or malfunction. Check for wear and tear on all moving parts, handles, and safety features. Confirm that all equipment is securely placed and stable. 1. Do not adjust or tamper pool heater settings by the side equipment area. ($500 fee) 2. No more than the requested numbers of guests on the property, unless approved by owner prior to arrival 3. No smoking/vaping inside the home ($1000 fee). Smoking is a fire hazard. 4. Please be courteous to our neighbors as the home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please no loud music after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Quiet time is 10/11PM until 8AM. 5. In an unlikely event of a power outage, please message us before reaching for the control panel. No compensation will be given for any temporary outages of any utilities under 12 hours. 6. Please let us know if any dishes or glassware breaks, so we may replace it for the next guest. Accident can happen from time to time. 7. No refunds or rebates will be given as a result of unfortunate circumstances outside of our control. Owner shall not be liable for unfavorable acts of God, or breakdown of appliances or other equipment such as a TV, music player, BBQ grill, and WIFI equipment. 8. Use common sense while staying in our house. If you are unsure about any of the house rules and require further clarification, please message us. 9.
